This is the practical way of thinking, people are slowing but steadily changing their mindsets. But there is a footfall to this too, as salaries rise, india becomes one step away from becoming a cheaper back office. Still lot of development centres of many MNCs are years away from countries like Israel and likes. Are we killing the goose which lays golden eggs. ... some soul searching (ie a balance) is needed. One more excellent post !!
